The story of Bozza Costa begins with Denis’s journey in Brazil. At 14, he started working by mowing lawns. He later worked in a shoe shop, where he took on supervisory and management responsibilities, and in the textile industry, working in operations, departmental organisation and storage.

He later worked in import and export and in the food service industry. At a restaurant, he progressed from employee to partner and then became the owner by purchasing the former owner’s share. These experiences introduced Denis to different sides of a business: customer service, operations, people management and the responsibility of running a company.

In 2016, he established Premium Eletro Shop in São Paulo, selling computers and electronics. His business journey also includes his role as a managing partner of RBM Hathaway Brasil Participações Ltda., established in 2024.

Moving to Belgium at 26 opened a new chapter. As he learned about the difficulties faced by people looking for work and the staffing needs of businesses, Denis began developing his work around connecting people with employment opportunities.

This journey includes the creation of Bozza Costa Unipessoal Lda. in Portugal, focusing on professionals and industrial operations in Europe.

The name Bozza Costa has a personal meaning: Bozza comes from his mother, and Costa from his father. The company thus carries both sides of Denis’s family heritage, connecting his roots with what he is building.

In the meat industry, Bozza Costa provides teams and services for different stages of operations. The work involves understanding the needs of factories, organising activities and maintaining close relationships with professionals and clients.

In 2026, Venâncio became part of this journey, joining a new chapter for Bozza Costa. His participation also has a place in this story, which continues to be built together.

In October 2026, Denis and Venâncio came up with the idea of founding Prime Advance together, adding a new project to their future plans and their ambition to continue building businesses.

The next chapter is to keep developing the company, improving its organisation and creating opportunities, with responsibility, respect for people and a vision for the future.
